Our Commitment

At Couture Shop LA, we aim to provide a refined and transparent shopping experience. To ensure clarity and avoid uncertainty, all delivery and return conditions are clearly outlined below. We do not issue refunds; eligible returns are offered in the form of exchange or store credit only.

Return Policy Overview

• Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only
• Refunds are not offered
• Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue
• All returns require prior authorization
• Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale and clearance items
• Special orders
• Bridal and Bridesmaids collections

Return Authorization (Required)

All returns must be pre-approved.

To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#), you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please contact us by email: info@coutureshopla.com

Please include the following information:

• Designer name
• Style number
• Color and size
• Whether you are requesting an exchange or store credit
• Your event or wear date

Returns sent without a valid RA# will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Requirements

• Items must be shipped back within 24 hours of receiving your RA#
• You may use the carrier of your choice
• All return shipments must be insured and sent signature required
  
• The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be received in original, unworn condition, including:

• Original tags attached
• Original garment bag included
• No signs of wear, alteration, damage, or tampering

If an item is returned in unacceptable condition or shows signs of wear:

• The return authorization will be voided
• An additional 5% handling fee will be applied
• The item will be shipped back to you
• Return shipping costs will be your responsibility

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Processing Time

• Return processing time: 4–7 business days after receipt
• Once approved, store credit or exchange will be issued
• Store credit is valid for 90 days and cannot be converted to a refund
  

International Returns

International return requests follow the same authorization process and timing requirements.

• Please note:
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
• Any remaining eligible balance will be issued as store credit
• Store credit expires after 90 days
  

Special Orders

Special orders are created exclusively for the client and typically require 4–6 business weeks for production.

• Special orders are final sale
• No returns, exchanges, or store credit are offered
  

Important Notes

• Exchange or store credit balances cannot be converted into refunds
• We strongly recommend confirming size, color, and specifications before placing your order
• Couture Shop LA is not responsible for sizing variations due to individual body proportions
