How long does standard shipping take?
Free ground shipping on orders of $1,000 and up typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and gown availability.
Please note: Ground shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.
Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes. Paid options such as UPS 3 Day Select® and FedEx Ground® Economy are available at checkout, with the rate and estimated delivery time shown before you pay.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
Expedited shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
3 Day Select is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $1,000 and up. For other orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. You can view the exact cost by clicking “Calculate Shipping” on the product page or at checkout.
Is Saturday delivery available?
Yes. Saturday delivery is available for eligible orders placed after 4:00 PM on Thursday and before 12:00 PM on Friday, subject to payment verification, stock availability, and service coverage in your area.
A premium charge of $80 applies.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with UPS and DHL Express, ensuring reliable and secure delivery.
How long does international shipping take?
Free standard international shipping on orders of $1,000 and up typically takes 21–28 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. For faster delivery, choose DHL Express Worldwide at checkout; the estimated delivery time is shown before you pay.
Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
How much does international shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $1,000 and up. For other orders, international shipping costs can be calculated directly on the product page using the shipping quote link below the gown price, or at checkout.
Each additional dress usually adds $7–$10 to the shipping cost.
Do you offer expedited international shipping?
Yes. DHL Express Worldwide is available at checkout, where you can see the rate and estimated delivery time before ordering.

How do you recommend paying for international orders?
For international clients, we recommend using PayPal, as it offers fast, secure payment and helps avoid potential credit card verification issues.
We also accept credit cards and bank transfers if PayPal is not available.
