How long does standard shipping take?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and gown availability.

Please note: Ground shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. We offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. 

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.

• Expedited shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

• 3 Day Select is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. You can view the exact cost by clicking “Calculate Shipping” on the product page before checkout.

Is Saturday delivery available?
Yes. Saturday delivery is available for eligible orders placed after 4:00 PM on Thursday and before 12:00 PM on Friday, subject to payment verification, stock availability, and service coverage in your area.
A premium charge of $80 applies.

Yes. We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, and TNT, ensuring reliable and secure delivery.

How long does international shipping take?
International orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping costs can be calculated directly on the product page using the shipping quote link below the gown price.
Each additional dress usually adds $7–$10 to the shipping cost.

Do you offer expedited international shipping?
Yes. Expedited international shipping options are available and can be viewed by calculating shipping on the product page before checkout.

How do you recommend paying for international orders?

For international clients, we recommend using PayPal, as it offers fast, secure payment and helps avoid potential credit card verification issues.
We also accept credit cards and bank transfers if PayPal is not available.
