We do not offer in-house alterations. For in-store clients, we can recommend trusted local tailors located near our boutique who are available to assist with fitting adjustments such as length or waist tailoring.
For online clients, our team is happy to provide detailed guidance on sizing and fit prior to purchase. Please note that body proportions vary, and minor alterations by a local tailor may be required to achieve a perfect fit.
We also offer limited customization options, such as adding or removing sleeves, adding lining, selecting a special color or fabric, or making similar design adjustments. All customized gowns are considered special orders and are final sale, with no returns or exchanges.

Yes. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your gown, and the item must be shipped back within the following 24 hours. Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 90 days and applicable to any future purchase.

Yes. Sale items, clearance pieces, special orders, and all Bridal or Bridesmaids collections are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
