How long does standard shipping take?
Free ground shipping on orders of $1,000 and up typically takes 5-8 business days to reach you.
(Ground shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.)

Do you have expedited shipping?
Yes. Paid options such as UPS 3 Day Select® and FedEx Ground® Economy are available at checkout, with the rate and estimated delivery time shown before you pay. Orders must be placed before 2pm EST in order to be processed the same day. Please note that expedited shipments cannot be sent to a P.O. Box. (3 Day Select does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.)

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $1,000 and up. For other orders, the cost is based on your zip code and selected shipping method, and can be obtained by clicking on "Calculate Shipping" below the dress description or at checkout.

Can you deliver a dress on Saturday?
Saturday delivery is available for orders placed after 4pm on Thursday and before 12pm on Friday, pending credit card verification, stock availability and availability of Saturday delivery service in your area. There is a premium charge of $80 for Saturday delivery.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally? How long does it take?
We ship worldwide with UPS and DHL Express. Free standard international shipping on orders of $1,000 and up typically takes 21-28 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

How much does international shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $1,000 and up. For other orders, you can calculate the cost of shipping a particular dress to your country by clicking on the shipping quote link below the price of the dress, or at checkout. Additional dresses will typically add $7-10 to the cost of shipping.

Do you offer expedited international shipping?
Yes. For faster delivery, choose DHL Express Worldwide at checkout, where the rate and estimated delivery time are shown before you pay.

How do you recommend I pay for my order?
We sometimes have trouble verifying international credit cards so we recommend that you place your order using PayPal, which is an easy and secure way to make online purchases.
